Everybody was all over the Trooper and said he was the problem. Even though I would not have stopped the ambulance in this instance. It would appear that it was THE PARAMEDIC who escalated the incident. If he would have SHUT UP and let the Trooper handle the situation it would have been taken care quickly.
Before every one jumps to conclusions get the damn facts

whats the problem again?
Video looked clear to me. White shouldnt have interjected himself into the situation. Tend to your patient, which the Trooper had no idea was in the rear of the ambulance.
Dont resist.

Ambulance
I was staying out of this at first but there is definitely a difference in the phone video and the dash clip. The ambulance is in view on the tape for about twenty seconds, it has a car pull over infront of it and then it pulls over in less than ten seconds. With 22 years on I have had folks not yield for longer than that on a regular basis. The troop was wrong for the way he handled it, the paramedic was not rude and tried to stay calm and was just probably confused in the whole mess at first. Get some thicker skin! you need the paramedics too. I don't see the thing so alarming to start with let alone how it was handled. The area looks pretty rual as it has been where I work I have had medics help me in arrests I dang sure wouldn't pee in their Wheeties for what I saw on the dash cam.

Fire martin
Joe, The ambulance did yeild just seconds after the fast moving trooper got on his bumper, They don't always run HOT to keep the Patient calm, the paramedic was incharge of the situation and rightfully informed the trooper. The trooper lied in his sworn statement and after he radioed the driver he was so far ahead of the ambulance that he would not have seen if the driver made a gesture which he did not.

Okay. The Trooper was obviously having a bad day. I have had many similar. He was hauling as# approaching the ambulance but I didn't see anything that doesn't happen every day to me. There is always some idiot who will either slam on the brakes and stop in the road or try to get over in the median. It just so happens that the idiot on that day was the ambulance driver. THe Trooper should not have stopped the driver in that case especially when he is also a ps figure. Many better ways to deal with that.

Fire Martin, yeah, I watched the video, I would assume the ambulance didnt pull over quickly enough, an ambulance can't stop on a dime like a Crown Vic can, it looked like he was probably trying to pull over as fast and safely as he could. I wasn't there and didn't see this alleged "gesture" whihc was probably what cause dall the fuss.

Personally after seeing both videos from the dash cam and the cell phone, both people raised the issue a lot farther than it needed to.

The ambulance driver may not have heard the siren or had enough time to see the lights based on the road. The vehicles are well insulated for noise in the cab and rear area.

The ambulance may have had their siren and front warning lights on at the same time. In the video I saw a vehicle in front of the ambulance pulled over. It's hard to tell what caused that driver to pull over.

Either way it's a good learning to that everyone needs to work together in this field.

You can tell how sharp this trooper is. Look at how long he stands in the roadway and how he allows others to stand in the road and congregate around him. He may not be an "ogre" but he is an idiot. He is lucky no one was struck by on-coming traffic.
