April 20, 2023

Welcome to April 2023 and the pollen storm that is spring.

As we move into the end of the school year, spring events, opening of pools and more, keep in mind (and remind your teams) of the shift in potential threat. Sports in and around water will increase, and it's a great time to review water safety/survival tactics.

Awareness is key (as is with most things). Stay aware of the temperatures as they increase, maintain good hydration practices and ramp up that outdoor training.

Stay safe. Stay frosty.
