The City of Lafayette, American Structurepoint, and Kettelhut Construction have earned the Public Works Project of the Year Award for the Lafayette Public Safety Center from the Indiana Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA).
"This is the first police building in the 104-year history of Severance. I hope you take pride in it," said Police Chief Ken Chavez about the station for the town's first police force started six years ago.
