Officer Cody Gray was working at the Kalkaska Police Department in Michigan when his lieutenant asked what could be done with a batch of over 100 retired uniforms.
Officer Cody Gray was working at the Kalkaska Police Department in Michigan when his lieutenant asked what could be done with a batch of over 100 retired uniforms. Cody says the uniforms are from the early 90's and were in the basement of the department. Cody went home and asked his wife, Eva, for ideas, and she started making teddy bears out of the uniforms.
