Kronos Acquires Public Safety Scheduling Leader PDSI and its TeleStaff Product

CHELMSFORD, Mass., May 2, 2011 — Kronos Incorporated announced that it has acquired Principal Decision Systems International (PDSI), the market leader in automated public safety scheduling and notification.
