DISPOSACONE, A DIVISION OF VANGUARD ADA SYSTEMS

Vanguard ADA Systems recently developed an innovative way for law enforcement, contractors, medical personnel, public event organizers and others to have a convenient inexpensive barricade. Fully reflectorized and functional for many types of commercial and private needs, their product; DisposaCone, is lightweight, weather resistant and stores flat. While the product has been commercially available in other sizes since 2008, due to consumer demand and design changes, the company has introduced a much taller and more vibrant device. Simple engineering changes were made to the product, one of the more important being, finding a way to cause it to stay rigid in wind and rain. A simple crease running longitudinally allows it when crimped to strengthen the device in heavier weather. Thanks to two opposing adhesive tabs on the base it adheres quite well to most dry hard surfaces. The product has two strips of engineer grade reflective tape on each side of the recyclable device for maximum nighttime visibility and comes in a pack of 3. They're lightweight and easy to set up. The device is as tall as a standard 18-inch rubber traffic cone while compact enough that 25 fit under a vehicles front seat.
