Ramses Coly currently serves as a Police Officer First Class with the University of Maryland Baltimore County Police Department. Prior to joining UMBC PD, PFC Coly was an officer with the Hagerstown Community College Police Department in Maryland and a deputy sheriff with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, also in Maryland. PFC Coly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Shepherd University in West Virginia and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Management through the University of Maryland Global Campus.
