WASHINGTON-Detective Jeremy Brown, of the Clark County Sheriff's Office, died July 24, 2021. Detective Brown was conducting surveillance at an apartment building when three people approached him and shot him. Two of the suspects were apprehended and taken into custody, the third is at large.
Detective Brown served with the Clark County Sheriff's Office for fifteen years and was part of the Clark-Vancouver Drug Task Force unit. Detective Brown was a US Marine Corps veteran and had also worked with the Washington State Department of Corrections and the Missoula County Sherri'ffs Office.

Hilary Rodela is currently a Surveillance Officer, a former Private Investigator, a former Crime Scene Investigator, and Evidence Technician. She worked for the Ruidoso (NM) Police Department as well as the Lubbock (TX) Police Department.
