NEOGOV Announces Karen Carlson as Vice President of Product for Public Safety Platform
EL SEGUNDO, CALIF. (Sept. 21, 2022) – NEOGOV today announces Karen Carlson as vice president of product for its public safety workforce platform, PowerDMS. Carlson is now responsible for overseeing the product strategy, development, and growth for all public safety software solutions in an effort to help agencies recruit, train, equip, and protect first responders across their entire careers.

Carlson comes to NEOGOV with more than 30 years of leadership experience. Most recently, she led product development at RapidDeploy. She also spent more than 15 years at Motorola Solutions. In her new position, Carlson will lead the overall vision for the PowerDMS platform. In addition to her strong focus on product strategy, development, and growth, Carlson’s commitment to strategically reviewing and improving product planning processes will further enhance NEOGOV’s public safety solutions and drive success for customers.
