Full d-channel support The Alliance Express can record from 8-20 simultaneous voice interactions, while the Alliance Enterprise can record up to 72 simultaneous conversations. The Express comes standard with 5,400 hours of on-line voice recording storage, while the Enterprise has 12,600 hours of on-line storage. Both units are configure on a Windows 2000 Pro operating system and are equipped with DVD-RAM archive capability, designed to operating in stand-alone or networked environments.
