Refuse to be a Victim is a nationally recognized crime prevention and personal safety program designed to assist participants in the development of their own personal safety strategies. No charge or an affordable $20 per person allows families, friends and neighbors to learn preventative measures, which can buy time and save lives. Five important security areas covered in the course include home, vehicle and travel, physical, technology and work. Individuals leave the course empowered with confidence and knowledge, and parents learn how to talk about safety with their children.
