Todd Piett to succeed Tom Axbey as President and CEO of Rave Mobile Safety
FRAMINGHAM, Mass – September 7, 2017 – Rave Mobile Safety (Rave), provider of critical communication and data platform solutions trusted to save lives, announced today that Todd Piett, current Chief Product Officer of Rave, has been named President and CEO of the company effective September 1, 2017. Tom Axbey, the previous President and CEO, will continue to serve as an advisor to Rave’s Board of Directors. In addition, Brad Rosenblum will join Rave as Chief Financial Officer and Todd Miller will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Today’s leadership announcements position the company for continued rapid growth and expanded safety technology innovation.

Piett joined Rave in 2005 and today runs the global organization that has its technology deployed at more than 4,700 colleges, universities, businesses and communities. His role has required exceptional thought leadership, collaboration and leadership across the organization, and Piett has enabled Rave to scale rapidly, deliver customer success and provide a best-in-class product platform.
Joining Piett on the leadership team is Brad Rosenblum as CFO and Todd Miller as COO. Rosenblum is a seasoned executive with extensive experience overseeing finance organizations for high-growth companies, most recently as the CFO of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center managing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ billion dollar Life Sciences Initiative. As CFO at Rave, Rosenblum will be responsible for ensuring that the finance organization enables the company to continue delivering effective solutions for the growing security threats faced by organizations every day. Miller moves into the COO role from his previous position as Vice President of Public Safety, and will be responsible for all field operations at the company.
