    The VideoCarbon Digital Shift Recorder (DSR) is an advanced, battery-powered, HDD-based digital video recorder that captures high-quality evidentiary video during a work shift. The DSR seamlessly records video evidence in the high shock and vibration environments experienced by law enforcement. Portable enough to be body-worn to capture incidents away from the vehicle, the DSR easily slips into its fixed vehicular dockable housing to support comprehensive in-vehicle recording. At the end of the shift, the DSR goes to the desktop and slips into its cradle for archival of the day's events.
