CyberLock, the leading supplier of key-centric access control solutions, is excited to announce that Flex II has been awarded a Platinum Security Today Govie award in the Access Control Devices/Peripherals category. Each year, a panel of independent judges select winners of The Govies across a variety of categories. The Govies honor outstanding government security products.
The CyberLock Flex System is a modular integrated security solution that combines the benefits of a hardwired security solution with CyberLock’s key-centric access control solution, all managed under one unified software platform. Building on the reliable platform of CyberLock’s first generation Flex System, Flex II adds more innovative capabilities and greater control over access points throughout facilities. With multiple ways to manage access for contractors and vendors, CyberLock’s Flex II system is an excellent security solution for government security.
The new Flex II Controller is the hub of the system. A new Expander module adds four additional door groups, each with two relays, two input lines, and two output lines. This means a single Flex II Controller can manage up to 34 doors.
The exciting new Flex II FlashReader module allows users to gain access using RFID or Flash technology. CyberLock’s Flash technology is an innovative, keyless, access control technology that allows administrators to grant access via text or email. Support for Bluetooth and IR access credentials will be included in future releases of the FlashReader, offering extraordinary versatility in a wall-mounted reader. A Generation 2 keypad display module may be added to program both Gen 1 and Gen 2 CyberKey smart keys.
