It is compatible with 99 percent of analog and IP PTZ cameras, including models from Pelco, Axis, Sony, Toshiba and Canon. The D2 Wireless is engineered to overcome obstacles faced when deploying broadband remote surveillance and monitoring systems. It integrates Dotworkz's DW-900 5.8 GHz 802.11g Sidekick wireless system directly into the enclosure, allowing it to function as either a point-to-point or point-to-multipoint system transmitting real-time digital data from IP network cameras directly to a base station with throughput up to 30 Mbps.
