Ring Launches Rebate Programs and Neighborhoods Network to Fight Neighborhood Crime
Ring, the leader in home security, has announced new programs and in-app tools to partner with local municipalities and law enforcement in an effort to reduce neighborhood crime.
The company is now offering a joint rebate program with municipalities to give homeowners Ring Video Doorbells. The program has already seen success in cities such as La Cañada, CA where the city offered a $50-per-household subsidy for Ring Video Doorbells, matched by Ring. Ring also gave homeowners up to $100 off a Ring device, and a $30 discount on additional Ring devices purchase. The program was scheduled to run for 120 days or until the $5,000 the City Council designated for the program ran out; in just a few days, the program completely sold out.
With these new partnerships with local police authorities, Ring continues be a proven leader in crime prevention in communities across the country. Interested cities and police departments can contact [email protected] for more information and to offer programs of their own.
