Four people were killed in a shooting during an eviction in southern Arizona, including a constable.

Deborah Martinez, a Pima County constable, was serving an eviction notice at the Lind Commons apartment complex in Tucson, the Arizona Daily Star reported.

The identities of the three other victims have not been released. Few details have been revealed about the shooting.

Investigators said someone in the apartment fired gunshots out of a window at someone standing outside, but that person was not Martinez, according to the Daily Star.

The person scheduled for eviction was Gavin Lee Stansell, the Daily Star reported. Cops previously investigated Stansell for threatening another resident with a gun.
