Bill Sims

Bill has over 26 years experience with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, and over 12 years providing intelligence support to Special Operations Forces (SOF). He retired from the Army after serving nearly 23 years. Bill received his BS in Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, formerly the Joint Military Intelligence College, and his MS in Information Management / Project Management from Grantham University.  Bill heads the newly-formed 'EPIQ-East' office in Alexandria, VA, focusing on the Government, DoD, and Law Enforcement communities.
