TriTech, as the parent company, will continue its focus on the top tier agency market with clients such as Denver, Minneapolis, Dallas, and San Diego and other large metropolitan, county and state agencies.

We feel confident the great folks will continue our mission," said Bernard Noe, president of IMC.
To ensure a smooth and orderly transition, Mr. Noe will continue for 12-months as an advisor to TriTech and the company.
