    Alan Broadband Co. offers a Professional Eavesdropping Detector for detecting, locating and pinpointing bugs, covert cameras and other wireless devices. The Zap Checker Model 270 uses special antennas for distant far-field detection (10 mW, 2.4 GHz wireless phones at more than 200 feet ) and omni-directional internal antennas for closer detection ( microwave ovens detected at more than 30 feet.) Precise homing-in and pinpointing of location is accomplished using a unique LOG MODE function. Being similar to a sensitive wideband receiver, the ZC 270 can be used with different directional antennas to multiply sensitivity and cone-in on directionality from 10 MHz to 4.5 GHz.
