From the Euramco Safety Inc. RAMFAN line, the EV400 16-Inch Variable Speed Turbo Blower features one of the first 1 1/2 horsepower variable speed motor plus an electronic control system that varies the airflow from Full PPV FORCE to slower speeds for cooling down overheated firefighters. In addition, the Electronic Control Accelerator feature limits the amount of starting current needed, allowing the use of smaller generats (2 kW) and use on GFI circuits (20 amps).
