DVR dCoder from Ocean Systems is a standalone tool that runs on dTective systems. It aids in the conversion of proprietary digital surveillance files into a common format for dTective systems. The sampled footage is an exact duplicate of the original file in an uncompressed digital format. The footage can be imported into the dTective system for further examination, and can be output in a variety of different formats, including both digital and analog.
