Oregon Camera Systems (OCS) designs and manufactures dual- and tri-sensor camera systems that provide Tactical Surveillance Solutions for law enforcement, homeland security and military applications. The easy-to-use, durable, versatile and modular OCS camera systems provide military-grade surveillance capabilities. These systems are network centric; XML compliant, with remote designate; and can accept geodetic positioning as well as azimuth and elevation data. All OCS camera systems can be set up to interface via standard or fiber optic cables, 802.11-wireless, microwave, Ethernet or satellite, giving the operator greater flexibility. A Touch-Screen Controller enables anyone to use the system instantly and effectively. The intuitive controller displays only the control functions the operator is using and eliminates multi-function switches and non-essential controls. The operator can easily shift from daytime to nighttime (thermal or intensified) cameras, and detect and identify with quick touches to the screen or proportional joystick controller. Additional controllers can be added for multiple operating stations. Third-generation Image Intensification technology (night vision) is an additional capability to address situations where a thermal camera alone doesn't offer enough flexibility. The long range systems provide surveillance of man-size targets as far as 20 kilometers away.
