The I-SIMS by MCJ, Inc. is an interactive satellite impairment monitoring system with two parts. The first is a control room, which is generally located within the law enforcement office building. The second is a remote station kiosk, which is located at a convenient area to the offender. The I-SIMS kiosk provides real time, non-invasive, pass-or-fail drug-detection screening with a finger/photo identification system. I-SIMS facilitates fully interactive contact sessions between the officer and the offender.
