The new Spectroline TRITAN 450 is a powerful, multiple LED, broad-beam blue light forensic inspection lamp. It is perfect for a wide range of forensic applications, including crime-scene investigation, gathering potential evidence and forensic laboratory work.
The TRITAN 450 lamp features three high-intensity blue light LEDs in a broad-beam configuration. This provides a wide area of coverage and greater uniformity than conventional blue light inspection flashlights. It is extremely compact and lightweight and its rugged, ergonomic angled lamp body ensures safe, fatigue-free handling.
A rubber bumper with a Borofloat glass lens protects the LEDs from physical damage due to rough field use. A built-in fan keeps the LEDs cool, providing optimum light output during extended use. The lamp has a heavy-duty 8 foot (2.4 m) AC power cord. It comes complete with orange spectacles, and it is packed in a padded carrying case.
The TRITAN 450 lamp is also available in a portable, battery-operated AC/DC version. It includes a rechargeable, metal-encased NiMH battery pack, AC and DC cord sets, smart AC charger and orange contrasting spectacles. All components are packed in a padded carrying case.
