Abigail "Abby" Williams, 13, and Liberty "Libby" German, 14, were found dead off a hiking trail near Delphi, Indiana, in February 2017. Nearly two years later, authorities have yet to catch their killer. Now, Charles Andrew Eldridge, 46, is being investigated for possible links to the murders. The former security guard was caught allegedly arranging to meet a teen girl for sex. Locals have said his mugshot bears a striking resemblance to the FBI sketch of Abby and Libby’s killer.
