A police officer goes above the call of duty and adopts a dog apparently tossed out of a moving car. When Jack arrived at the police station in Albany, New York patrolman Jon-David Hill immediately fell in love. He rushed the pup to the hospital so doctors could fix its broken leg. Apparently he'd been walking on it like that for a while and they weren't to repair it. Now Jack only has 3 legs.
