Their Velcro application is ideal for use with body armor carriers and outerwear. Velcro is die cut in the shape of the FlexBadge and permanently adhered to the back of the FlexBadge, allowing for the FlexBadge’s ease of transfer among garments. The FlexBadge can also permanently be affixed to garments using a heat press application. To better accommodate smaller public safety departments the company has lowered its minimums to 50 pieces on some of its most popular badge styles. To meet the minimum requirement a department may mix and match between gold and silver finishes, titles/lettering, and seals.
