The M-9 Assault Medical Backpack is only 3 inches thick to provide a thin profile allowing the wearer to sit comfortable in a vehicle or aircraft and manuever through narrow openings. The bag, designed by a Special Forces 18D Medic, has a main compartment with four modular mesh pockets that can be removed or relocated. Two interchangeable internal panels, one with elastic loops and the other with Molle webbing, are fully configurable as well. The Tactical ' Survival Specialties' offering also includes external Molle webbing, an expandable external/internal pouch, a drain hole, and storable waist and shoulder straps. The bag comes in Coyote Tan, Ranger Green and Black.
