Made from a four-way stretchable breathable material, the Steele Cooling Wrist Band is very comfortable and does not hinder hand and arm movement. Simply place the wrist wrap flat in the freezer until frozen; then insert hand and gently pull until the wrap is centered on the wrist with gel side down (seam on top). Extra frozen gel packs can be stored in a freezer or cooler for easy switch out.
