Point Blank Enterprises (“PBE”) introduced the Alpha Elite Black, a product extension of the Alpha Elite Series. The latest Alpha Elite Black ballistics model is an enhancement to the previous Alpha Elite design, offering an additional 17 percent weight reduction while still providing the same high level of protection. .
With the latest generation of Dyneema Force Multiplier Technology by DSM, Alpha Elite Black weighs a mere .79 psf (a remarkable reduction from the previous weight of .87 psf), with 9mm V-50s greater than 2,000 fps. The Alpha EliteTM Series was launched after Point Blank engineers began searching for a ballistic material that would meet the rigorous demands of U.S. Special Operations forces deployed in the world’s most dangerous regions.
