If you’re a First Responder like us, you understand the dangers of distraction. Trying to balance a secondary light while writing is not an ideal way to record information. It also distracts from your surroundings. The bright light is a beacon to people around you and a detriment to your vision. This specially designed duty book cover allows the user to illuminate their duty book, all while keeping their hands at the low ready position. We put our field knowledge of over 50 combined years of service to great use in designing a solution to this issue.
The Nite Write Duty Book Cover was designed by currently serving Police Officers in Ontario, Canada. These Officers know the demands of field work. Our product holds an Emergency Service duty book and has a light integrated into the cover itself. Five red LED lights allow the user to see their notes clearly without drawing attention. This will allow First Responders in the field to keep their night vision in tact, keeping them safer while on duty.
