Two Manchester, New Hampshire police officers who were shot early Friday morning were on hand for their suspected gunman's arraignment Monday morning.
Officers Ryan Hardy and Matthew O'Connor sat in court as Judge Gregory Michael ordered 32-year-old Ian MacPherson be held without bail on two felony counts of attempted capital murder, according to The New Hampshire Union-Leader.
MacPherson did not appear in the courtroom -- which was packed with more than 50 police officers. A defense attorney entered not guilty pleas for his client.
Hardy, who was shot in the face and shoulder, was released from Brigham and Women's Hospital on Saturday. O'Connor was shot in the leg and was treated and released from a hospital on Friday.
The shooting occured as officials said officers were attemtping to question MacPherson about his alleged role in an armed robbery.
The Manchester Police Patrolman's Association has set up a fund has been set up for the recovering officers through Members First Credit Union.
