The PA30 Series Powered Air Purifying Respirator has several unique and innovative features. Nickel Metal Hydride batteries give the PA30 8-10 hours of steady performance, while reducing the "memory" concern that affects overall battery service life in other PAPR's. Voltage regulation circuitry assures the user of consistent airflow (8.5 CFM) throughout the work cycle. A unique audible alarm to indicate low voltage offers the user an additional level of safety. The PA30 combines Bullard's hoods and loose fitting facepieces with NIOSH-approved filters and cartridges to protect against a wide range of respiratory hazards.
