The Superlite Gas Block is machined from rugged 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum and Type III hard coat anodized to match the finish of most AR style uppers. A distinguishing feature of the Superlite block is that the included 1913 Picatinny rail matches the height of any standard mil spec flattop upper receiver. This allows the use of any same-plane flip up front sight. No more searching for a gas block height sight, which are few and far between. The Superlite Block weighs in at just 2.4 oz. It features 5 set screws to ensure a secure fit to your barrel and prevent movement.
