Laser Devices Inc.'s (LDI) new mounting system for the AR-2A system supports NATO 1913/Picatinny rails commonly found on M-4, AR-15 and M-16 A-Frame style rifles. This mounting system can be used for securely attaching a tactical flashlight, like LDI's OP-6 and OP-9 models, to the weapon. The mounting platform easily and securely attaches to the front sight cage of the M-4, AR-15 and/or M-16 rifle and fits in a low profile that does not obscure the open sight. The AR-2A Mount is made of MIL-SPEC Class III, Type II black anodized aluminum for durability and does not require the use of an aftermarket replacement foregrip.
