Universal Control Vertical Grip (UCVG)

Jan. 30, 2009

Wilcox Industries Universal Control Vertical Grip (UCVG) puts control of both a white light and laser at your fingertips without use of a pressure pad switch, all in an ergonomic vertical grip with a hidden, spring-loaded bipod inside. The UCVG easily mounts to any MIL-STD-1913 rail system with a patented-mounting interface and locks into place with a cam lock mechanism. A thumb-activated selector switch allows for the operator to choose between a laser such as a PEQ 7 or PEQ 2, or a white light such as a SureFire WeaponLight. The switching is designed to allow for complete control of the light and laser without shifting firing grip during an operation. Both light and laser can be activated simultaneously as well. The switching is located on the left and right side of the UCVG for ambidextrous operation. With a simple tap the switch provides momentary-on or two taps provide a constant-on.
