The LTT 1301 Tactical Shotgun

Aug. 13, 2019

Langdon Tactical Technology's LTT 1301 Tactical Shotgun is based on the Beretta 1301 Tactical, with its lightning-quick and soft-shooting action.

Out of the box, the Beretta 1301 Tactical has a nice trigger, quick cycling, and includes extended controls, but as a tactical shotgun there was room for improvement.  Sling and light-mounting options were limited, and as an import subject to 922r restrictions, capacity was limited to just 5 rounds.  Adding an extension tube alone could be a felony unless enough other US-made parts are added.  Combined, this created the perfect storm for an LTT model to be created.

Langdon Tactical added:

  • Aridus MagPul Zhukov Handguard
  • Aridus Industries Stock Adapter
  • MagPul Stock
  • Nordic Components Magazine Tube Extension Kit
  • Nordic Enhanced Magazine Tube Follower

Optional upgrades:

  • Aridus Universal QDC Side Saddle
  • Aridus CROM Mount (Rob Haught Version)

Capacity is increased to seven rounds via the clamped and flush-fitting tube extension.  M-LOC mounting points for both flashlights and sling mounts are provided via the improved hand guard.  The stock also provides multiple sling-mounting points and makes short-stocking easier through improved ergonomics, including length-of-pull adjustment.
