Aerko International has developed two new versions of the PUNCH II and FREEZE + P aerosol subject restraint (ASR) product lines. In extreme worst case scenario training with tasers, the combustible nature of some ASRs indicates potential for injury or burns. Aerko International developed PUNCHII 2K3 and FREEZE + P 2K3 to address the issue of ASR and taser combined use. Changes have been made in carrier and propellants without reducing effectiveness. The PUNCH II 2K3 and FREEZE + P 2K3, along with water-based PUNCH III OC ASR, give agencies multiple ASR options for use in conjunction with tasers.
