Two suspects are being sought after a police officer in Newcomerstown, Ohio was shot and wounded Tuesday morning.
Officer Bryan Eubanks was shot in the arm around 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of Johnson Hill Road Southeast and Post Boy Road Southwest, according to WEWS-TV.
The father of three was in good condition following the shooting and spoke to reporters after being released from the hospital.
"I'm very thankful," he said. "God has blessed me today. He was definitely on my side. Could have turned out way worse."
Authorities are currently searching for two male suspect in a black Geo Tracker with dark tinted windows and no license plates.
The suspects -- one seen wearing a red sweatshirt and the other seen wearing a lime green shirt -- are considered armed and dangerous. The Ohio Attorney General's Office said they had a shotgun and handguns inside the vehicle.
