Phalanx Defense Systems, LLC announces the introduction of the Agency Armor System at this year’s International Chiefs of Police exposition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Agency Armor System is innovative in that it provides for unique fitting of each officer without the use of tape measures and the associated inconsistencies that come from measurement interpretations.
