Anti-Stab & Anti-Spike Protective Vest (Level 1 & Level 2)

One of the most common threats that officers face on a daily basis is being attacked by spike or stab weapons. To help combat this threat, ExecDefense (EDI-USA) developed a lightweight and multi-functional anti-stab vest with optional enhanced anti-spike coverage. With stab and spike protection available up to NIJ level 1 or 2 anti-stab, and NIJ level 1, 2, or 3 anti-spike, this comprehensive vest can help reduce injuries, as well as save lives of police officers and correctional workers from dangerous stabs or spikes. 

Unlike older stab and spike vests that were manufactured with heavy and bulky metallic “chain mail”, this stab & spike vest is made with extremely lightweight and flexible polyamide fibers which will resist stabs and spikes, and does not cause excessive heat or heavy weight if worn for an extended amount of time. Officers particularly like the ExecDefense (EDI-USA) stab / spike vest because it is very flexible and can be worn and adjusted over a variety of garments due to the adjustable Velcro straps around the vest. For certain high violence-prone situations, an additional anti-stab and anti-spike neck guard and groin guard are available which can be attached to this vest when needed. This vest is available in a variety of colors, and can be inscribed with the specific facility’s logo or customized interior labeling for product-tracing purposes.
