The NEW Toolok HD #1003HD is and updated, stronger version of our very popular #1003 - Toolok. With a thicker locking strap and wider mounting base, this bracket will securely mount items such as prybars, Halligan bars and other breaching style tools with a diameter of up to 1-1/2". Like the original, the #1003HD Toolok HD is certified to meet NFPA-1901 Impact Standards as well as Military Grade B Shock Standards.
