Python HTR Generation III

Nov. 29, 2012

Simulator Systems International introduced one of the most advanced robots for Tactical and HAZMAT applications. This rugged work-class robot has motorized shape-changing tracks that aid in stair climbing and allow the robot to better negotiate difficult obstacles.  The Python HTR Generation  III has digital mesh communications giving it not only a very long LOS flicker-free clear video picture transmission (over 4300 feet with one relay hop), but the ability to “bounce” the signal around corners of buildings, etc.  This sophisticated mesh telemetry is ideally suited for congested urban applications.  The robot has “quick-change” modules such as a PTZ, FLIR camera, HAZMAT kit, etc., allowing it to be adapted to the particular mission.  The Python HTR Generation III is built for serious applications and offers high torque 48 VDC gear head motors and a “more-than-serious” quick-change battery pack for extra strength and endurance.
