GUNFIGHTERS Ltd. Combat Shooting Methods Inc. specializes in teaching close-quarters combat shooting methods for the combat pistol, combat shotgun and tactical rifle that allow for the delivery of a rapid, combat accurate response to an adversary in the high stress, dynamic environment of the real world. GUNFIGHTERS Ltd. IS NOT A TARGET SHOOTING SCHOOL. The curriculum taught is specifically designed to increase your gun-fighting skills. You are not being trained to defend yourself against paper and cardboard targets. You will be trained in methods that you can use to defend yourself in close-quarters combat against a determined and aggressive adversary.

The following statement exemplifies the firearms training philosophy at GUNFIGHTERS Ltd. -  The purpose of firearms training is to prepare an individual to use firearms in a fight against an adversary in what usually begins as a spontaneous attack initiated by the adversary. Our firearms program is not about shooting. It is about fighting. When the concept of fighting is taken out of firearms training, we have forgotten the purpose of our training.

The goal of our firearms training program is to instruct our clients in time-tested, relevant, and realistic combat shooting methods that have proven to work in the dynamic, high-stress environment of close-quarters combat. The combat shooting methods taught must be also consistent with the results of the best research currently available. It is essential that the combat shooting methods be validated in the conditions present in combat not just on the range.

Through my direct affiliation with Col. Rex Applegate, I was able to gain the knowledge of both his and Fairbairn’s experience and further develop the methods that will enable me to rapidly develop an individual’s ability to employ a handgun in close-quarters combat. Whether the methods are applied on the “battlefield” of urban America by law enforcement or in the streets, back alleys or structures where current military operations take place, or in civilian self-defense / home defense applications, the methodology is equally applicable. I have developed training protocols that maximize the participant’s ability to rapidly grasp the concepts presented and integrate force-on-force training into various classes and workshops to allow for a realistic application of the principals presented in training.

Due to the nature of our training curriculum, training at GUNFIGHTERS LTD. is limited to active law enforcement officers, military units and valid concealed carry permit holders.
