    The new Digital Partner from Martel Electronics is an in-car video system, but it also can take digital pictures. The Digital Partner system is a two-in-one police video system. Along with video taping police stops, officers can also click digital photos. Now officers can video tape drugs on a suspect's car seat or snap photos of domestic violence victims' bruises. The camera is equipped with night vision, image stabilization and a USB cable for downloading the video directly to the computer to burn CDs for court. The system also comes with a permanent visor mount.
