We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Madison, Wisconsin to accommodate rapid growth and expansion of product offerings. Gamber-Johnson’s satellite office will provide critical resources in the areas of product engineering, development, management, and customer relations.
“Madison offers access to technical talent attracted by the University of Wisconsin and many technology firms in the area,” said Jason Lewandowski, vice president of engineering for Gamber-Johnson. “Located only an hour and a half drive from our headquarters in Stevens Point, makes the Madison satellite office an ideal location to expand our talented design, engineering, and customer support teams.”
Gamber-Johnson has not been immune to the worker shortage many manufacturers across the Midwest have faced in recent years. Opening a satellite office in a highly populated community with prominent colleges and universities focused on technology, is just one way the organization has worked to overcome employee acquisition challenges.
Lewandowski added, “Initially, we’ll add four employees based out of our Madison office and have the capacity to add several more. Our primary focus for this location is product development and management - with a focus on innovative collaboration methods that will keep all team members from engineering to our manufacturing floor representatives in constant communication with one another.”
