Officer Down: Lieutenant Adam Gustafson

NORTH DAKOTA-Lieutenant Adam Gustafson, of the West Fargo Police Department, died May 18, 2021. Lt. Gustafson suffered a heart attack after an active shooter training he attended. Lt. Gustafson returned to the police department after the training and was found unresponsive. Officers at the scene began administering CPR, he was then taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

Lt. Gustafson was a US Army veteran and served with the West Fargo Police Department for ten years. He is survived by his wife and children.
