ELSAG North America is proud to announce that the latest version of ELSAG’s Tactical Operations Center, TOC PLUS, is ready for release.
When officers patrol with the ELSAG TOC System “we’ve got your back.” As will the dispatcher and every other patrol vehicle on the shift. As an innovative enhancement to the proven ELSAG Mobile Plate Hunter (MPH-900), with TOC whenever an alarm occurs everyone on the shift will instantly see what another officer has seen, know what caused the alarm, and see their locationon a local, area map.
The TOC is comprised of one or more TOC Sources, which are patrol vehicles outfitted with ALPR cameras. When the patrol unit encounters a vehicle that is on the system’s “Hot List” information about the alarm vehicle and its location is forwarded to the TOC Server, which then forwards the information to TOC Clients, which are comprised of additional patrol vehicles and the dispatcher.
Benefits of the Tactical Operation Center are that it:
Enables dispatchers to immediately receive copies of alarms as they occur
Improves officer safety as TOC Clients are instantly informed of an alarm and its location
Provides a map to help TOC Clients plan timely backups through visible assistance routes, and
Alternates views between the MPH-900 Car System and the Tactical Operation Center System.
