Offering full access from an Internet connection, C.O.B.R.A. Cross-jurisdictional Data-sharing Interface provides officers in data-sharing networks with up-to-the-second access to data from all agencies within their multi-agency data-net. As data is entered into one agency's database, it becomes available throughout the entire data-net immediately. Using center-point technology, C.O.B.R.A. from CODY Systems supports most standards (JXML (G/D), SOAP, distributed-query, etc.) to allow data-sharing -- hardwired or wireless -- regardless of the size of the data-net or the database and/or RMS used by each individual agency.
